Company profile
Outdoor water heaters
built in Shunde
under your label.
Brand owners, RV builders and importers across North America, Europe and Australia run their programs through this plant.

Founder spotlight
The conviction
that built it.
A trading desk controls neither quality nor cost. A single-category factory cannot cover the accessories and fitment a program needs.

The complaint kept coming back: the heaters reaching the trail were built like accessories, not appliances — heavy to carry, short-lived once the trip actually depended on them. There was a better way to build one, and no factory was doing it.
So we built the plant ourselves and stayed on the manufacturing side. Three decades on, one conviction has not moved: build to the buyer’s drawing and market, and let them verify every claim on our floor.

Founder & CEO
Our approach
Engineers at the table.
Direct to the factory floor.
A gas appliance fails or passes on tolerances, gas paths and cut-outs — details a sales desk relays badly. The person who understands them is the person you reach.
Engineer to engineer · Reply inside 48 hours
Your product or plumbing engineer talks to ours. DFM feedback, cut-out reviews and tolerance questions stay technical, because the work is.
Outcome ownership
When something is wrong, the answer is not "we told the factory." It is a corrected batch and a prevention protocol, on our floor.
Bilingual on the ground
English-fluent engineers based in Guangdong. Nothing is relayed twice, and someone is on the line the same day.

What we run
One partner, one workflow.
No handoffs.
Accessory and component sourcing is not subcontracted to a trading layer. Each partner plant is audit-listed, and its output is inspected against our own documentation.
Owned manufacturing
Heaters engineered and produced on our own Shunde lines — control over tooling, materials, assembly and testing.
Audited factory network
Housings, accessories and components — vetted on lead time, price and quality record before a program is placed.
OEM / ODM & private tooling
Private shell and handle moulds, logo, colour to Pantone or RAL, branded carton and multi-language manuals.
Certification delivery
AGA, CSA and CE paths run end to end, with the test reports and declarations shipping inside the container.
Mixed container & cube
Heaters, shower kits and quick-connects combined in one load, with the carton sizes and cube worked out before the booking.
Four-gate QC
Incoming, sub-assembly, combustion and pack — each sampled to a named standard, with a plant audit on file.
The team
The people behind
every shipment.
The people a program moves between, grouped by department.

What buyers say
Impartial quotes from the people who sign the PO — and what they say about the team behind the work.
“Our shelf presence is ours. Nobody else ships this shell.”
It shipped under our logo on someone else’s mould — two other brands were selling the same unit within a season, and the margin went with it.
Holding our brand reference took real work: one Pantone, three runs, no drift. Two seasons on, the SKU is still ours — no second tooling spend, unit cost unchanged, repeat rate 98%, defect rate 0.5%.

“The cut-out matched the incumbent. There was no line change.”
A fixed recess cut-out and 12V scheme: the last supplier drifted millimetres between lots and failed end-of-line. We checked drawings against the recess and sampled through our own fixture.
Every lot since has cleared AQL 2.5. A field failure is now a repair in the yard, not a scrapped trailer — 600 units, no dimensional reject.

The questions buyers ask about us
Not the product questions — those sit with the line. These are the ones about who you would actually be buying from.
01Are you the manufacturer, or a trading company?
02What size of program do you take on?
03Who would we be working with day to day?
04Can we visit the plant, or send someone on our behalf?
05How long before we see a physical sample?
06Do you only take established brands?
