Programs that shipped, with the configuration that went into each and what changed on the client's side. Buyer names stay off this page — every private-label customer is under the same NDA.

Every Program, in Full

Six programs, each with the challenge, the decisions and the before-and-after.

What this proves

The Patterns Behind the Programs

Different markets, different platforms — the same four decisions underneath.

  • One Owner, One Standard

Consolidation lifts delivery only when one named owner holds the export calendar and one Incoterm standard covers every factory — otherwise the exceptions just move.

  • Plan the Load, Not the Order

Four suppliers are planned as one shipment against one cut-off — the fee stack collapses only if documents travel with the container.

  • Build to the Vehicle or the Site

A recess, a 12 V scheme or an outside wall decides the build — the catalogue is the wrong place to start.

  • Design for the Second Season

Coils, spares lines and frozen references are what decide whether season two is a reorder or a rebuild.

Questions buyers ask

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Case Studies

How the records are kept, why names are withheld, and what a program like yours follows.

01Are these case studies from real programs?
Yes. Buyer names, logos and carton artwork are withheld under the NDA every private-label customer signs, so each case is identified by its technical profile. The full project file — drawings, approval record and shipment documents — is shown under NDA on request.
02Why are there no client names on this page?
Because a programme that can be identified from a public page is one a client will hesitate to sign next season. Confidentiality is part of the terms of every private-label programme, and publishing a named client would break it. The buyer reviews elsewhere on the site are published only where the buyer agreed to be named; these programs are recorded here without them.
03Can my program follow the same path?
The pattern repeats because it is a process, not a lucky run: scope the market, choose or develop the platform, approve a sample, run a pilot, then scale. What changes is the platform and the destination. Send a drawing, a market and an annual volume and the first reply maps your program against one of these six.
04How long does a typical program take?
It depends on how much of the build is new. A platform SKU with your branding and pack moves on the approved sample; a control or housing change adds a development round; a private mould is its own schedule. The first reply sets the stages against your build rather than quoting a blanket lead time.
05What if my market or application is not shown here?
Tell us the application and the destination market. The six programs cover consolidation, import, vehicle fitment, rental, multi-site and own-brand development; the same team scopes a seventh from the same platform. Certification is mapped from the market before anything is quoted.

Send the market, the annual volume and the certification it must carry. The first reply maps your brief against the six programs here and names the platform that fits it.
