The specification that applies to your order is the one written into your signed specification sheet.

A quotation is valid only for the scope, volume and validity period it states. Samples and pre-production units are built for your evaluation and approval; approval of a sample locks the specification the production line will follow. Changes requested after approval — to a drawing, a material, a tolerance or a certification target — may change cost and lead time, and are handled by written change note.

This website makes no warranty of any kind about products or services. The warranty that applies to an order is the one set out in the signed commercial terms — including the warranty period and the service scope we commit to in writing. Nothing on this site adds to, extends or varies that warranty.

References to certification — such as AGA, CSA, CE or the standards behind them — describe the certification paths we build to for a given market. Certification attaches to a specific configuration that has been tested and approved; it is not a blanket statement about every product. The certification that applies to your order is confirmed in writing, with the supporting documentation that ships with the container.
