Outdoor Water Heater partnerships — built to be reordered.

Gulfstone supplies off-grid outdoor water heaters to importers, trade suppliers, retail chains and brand owners across North America, Europe and Australia. What we set up with a partner is not a catalogue — it is a defined range, a coordinated identity and an order reference your team can reorder against.

The paths

Choose the cooperation path that fits your market.

Each path starts from the products, buyers and commercial responsibility you already understand — and changes how far Gulfstone reaches into the build.

01

Distribution and resale

Carry a focused range for local wholesalers, installers, outdoor retailers and trade buyers, with the stocking depth your market actually moves.

Stock-holding · regional coverage

02

Wholesale and trade supply

Supply the trade beneath your own operation — dealers, installers and panels — with the range, packaging and documentation your buyers resell under.

Trade network · resale-ready pack

03

Retail and e-commerce

List the range on a retail floor or an online marketplace, with the presentation assets, carton artwork and product data the channel needs to sell it.

Shelf and listing ready

04

Your brand on our platform

Put your own name, artwork and packaging on a proven platform, and define which parts of the build become yours. Where product development is needed, that is a route of its own.

Best fit:Mid-size brands and importers — typically USD 400K–5M+ a year in outdoor-category procurement.

Market presence

A visible presence for the market you serve.

A distributor should not have to design every customer touchpoint from zero. The Gulfstone visual system gives you a foundation that adapts to the approved range, your premises and your market.

A retail and showroom concept you can localise

Carry one recognisable identity across the exterior sign, the product display zones and the customer consultation area. The final layout is adjusted to your premises, your local requirements and the families you chose to stock.

  • Facade and signage direction
  • Product-wall zoning by family
  • Consultation and sample areas

An exhibition foundation that is ready to build

Start regional trade exhibitions from a consistent environment rather than a blank floor plan. Product displays, demonstration space and partner conversations stay connected while the final structure is reviewed with your venue and contractor.

  • Modular product presentation
  • Reception and meeting zones
  • Contractor-ready design direction

The handover

One identity across every sales conversation.

The system continues after a customer leaves the store or the stand. A coordinated partner kit keeps technical follow-up clear and the identity recognisable across print, samples and digital presentations.

The sequence

From first brief to repeat delivery.

A shared reference keeps the product, commercial and documentation decisions connected as the program grows.

  1. Share the market need

Tell us the market, the product families you can move, your target customer and what you want to lead with.

  2. Review the product route

Align the published range, the ratings, the documents and whether any part of the build needs to become yours.

  3. Confirm the starting scope

Agree the sample set, the first quantity, the commercial terms and the milestone that marks the start.

  4. Build the order reference

Record the approved products, artwork, packaging and documentation as the single reference everything reorders against.

  5. Support repeat supply

Use the confirmed reference for replenishment, range development and the follow-up that keeps a line selling all year.

Partner support

What we can coordinate with a partner.

Support is organised around the range and the cooperation scope you confirmed — not a generic partnership badge.

  • Product selection

The published range, its ratings and its application fit, reviewed against your market together.

  • Market presentation

Store, exhibition and sales-material direction coordinated around the range you actually carry.

  • Product changes

Where a build has to change for your market, the scope is assessed and defined before anything is approved.

  • Region and terms

Where a market needs protection, the scope is written into the agreement — which families, which territory and for how long. Nothing is promised before that, and every market is discussed on its own.

  • Order follow-up

Samples, the production reference, packing and delivery details kept aligned from the first unit to the reorder.

The first brief

Make the first conversation useful.

A concise brief is enough for us to tell you whether the right next step is range selection, a sample set, a development route or a project quotation.

  • Country or target market
  • Product families and key ratings
  • Customer type or application
  • First order and expected annual volume
  • Certification or document needs
  • Branding and packaging scope

Partner evidence

What carrying the range looks like

Quotes from partners who stock, supply and present the product in their own market.

“Two seasons on the range, our dealers order by model number.”

One approved list, one artwork set and one packing spec replaced the three spec versions we reconciled at every reorder — and every container since the first has been the same order with the quantity changed.

Marcus ReuterManaging Director, European outdoor living distributor
“Sell-through on the stocked families more than doubled in the first year.”

Gulfstone supplied the signage and display direction with the units, so our reps arrive with a plan rather than a box — across three retail partners who had each been merchandising the range differently.

Before you commit

The questions a partner asks

The commercial and market questions that come up before a partnership is confirmed.

01What does it take to become a Gulfstone partner?
A market we can serve and a clear picture of the customers you already sell to. Bring the country or region, the product families that fit, the customer type and a first-order quantity, and we will tell you whether the right next step is range selection, a sample set or a development route.
02Can I get exclusivity for my territory?
Where a market needs protection, the scope is agreed and written into the agreement — which product families, which territory and for how long. Territory is a per-market conversation rather than a standing offer, and we will be straight with you about whether your volume supports it.
03What do I receive once the partnership is confirmed?
An approved product list, an artwork package covering logo treatment and carton artwork, a sample plan for the floor and the stand, and a digital presentation set for your listings. They are recorded together as the order reference, so a reorder does not reopen the negotiation.
04Do you help with how the range is presented in store?
Yes. A signage and product-wall direction adapts to your premises and local requirements, and the same system extends to trade exhibitions with a modular display structure you can take to your venue and contractor.
05How do we start?
Send the market brief through the contact form — target market, families, customer type, quantities, certification needs and branding scope. An engineer reviews it and replies with the practical next step.
06Can the products carry my own brand?
Yes. Your name, artwork and packaging can go onto a proven platform, and you can define which parts of the build become yours. Where the product itself has to be developed rather than adapted, that runs as its own program — the development route is explained in full on its own page.

Start the conversation

Tell us the market. We will tell you the next step.

Target market, the families you can move, the customer type and a first quantity — four lines is enough for us to point you at range selection, a sample set or a development route.
