Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Foshan Gulfstone Leisure Technology Co., Ltd. ("Gulfstone", "we", "us"), a manufacturer of off-grid outdoor water heaters based in Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. We build to order for brand owners, importers and OEM / ODM partners — this is a business-to-business site, not a consumer shop.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this site or send us an enquiry, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to this website only. It does not govern the handling of drawings, specifications or commercial documents exchanged once a program is under way — those are covered by the NDA and supply agreement we sign with you.

We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us. When you submit the inquiry form or email us, we receive the details you choose to send — typically:

• your name and company or brand;
• a work email address and, where you provide it, a phone number;
• your target market (for example NA, EU, Australia);
• an estimated annual volume and any certification requirement you name;
• the message itself, which may include product, specification or drawing detail.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, our hosting and analytics providers log standard technical data when you load a page — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. See §05 for how we use this.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, sensitive personal data or anyone else's personal data through the form.

We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or line plan, and — if we go on to work together — to run the program. Specifically:

• to answer your question and scope a program around your market and volume;
• to send drawings, samples, specifications and commercial documents;
• to keep a record of the enquiry and our correspondence;
• to understand, in aggregate, which pages and topics buyers find useful, so we can improve the site;
• to meet legal, accounting and customs obligations where an order proceeds.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you unrelated marketing.

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies help us see which pages and topics buyers use, in aggregate — we do not use them to build a personal profile or to target advertising.

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics when you load the site, and we use them only in aggregate to see which pages and topics buyers read. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; blocking them does not stop you from sending an enquiry.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site and answer you, and only as far as they need it:

• Hosting and content delivery — the infrastructure that serves this website.
• Email and form handling — the services that deliver your enquiry to us.
• Analytics — aggregate usage measurement.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to any third party.

We are based in China, and some of our service providers operate outside your country. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps designed to keep it protected — using providers with appropriate safeguards and, where the GDPR applies, a lawful transfer mechanism. You can ask us for more detail on the safeguards in place using the contact details in §14.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a reasonable business record of it — generally up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a program is under way. Where an order proceeds, commercial records are kept for the period required by accounting, tax and customs law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:

• be told what personal information we hold about you and to receive a copy;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• have your information deleted;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your information in a portable format;
• withdraw consent where we relied on it.

To exercise any of these, email us at Olivia.huang@gulfstonegroup.com with enough detail for us to identify your enquiry. We will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access — including encrypted transport, access limited to staff who need it to answer you, and providers chosen for their security posture. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site may link to third-party sites — for example a certification body or a partner page. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. This policy does not apply to them; check the privacy notice of any site you visit.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change a provider or a legal requirement changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here, so we encourage you to check back before relying on it.
